个人简介
钟方雷，男，汉族，浙江瑞安人，中共党员，副教授、硕士生导师，人文地理学专业博士，应用经济学博士后出站。现任必威西汉姆官网平台数字经济系副主任。
兼任 Humanities and Social Sciences Communications（Springer Nature / Nature Portfolio）编委，Land、Buildings、Discover Sustainability、Frontiers in Public Health 等期刊客座编辑；曾兼任中国生态经济学会生态恢复专业委员会副主任委员、中国农业风险管理研究会青年工作委员会委员、中国经济学年会城市与区域经济专业委员会委员，自然资源部西部生态脆弱区野外科研基地客座研究员。
主要开展生态经济与区域可持续发展研究，近年聚焦民族地区共同现代化、碳中和与绿色发展、数字经济三个方向。在 Journal of Cleaner Production、Land Use Policy、Sustainable Cities and Society、Journal of Environmental Management、Climate Policy、Energy、Sustainable Production and Consumption、《水科学进展》《中国人口·资源与环境》《自然资源学报》《生态学报》等 SSCI/SCI/EI 与中文核心期刊发表论文 130 余篇；在科学出版社、中国财政经济出版社等出版合著、编著 7 部，译著 2 部。主笔或参与撰写的咨询建议先后被中办刊物采用、获省部级主要领导批示。
主持：国家社会科学基金社团项目 1 项、国家社会科学基金重大专项子课题 1 项、国家自然科学基金面上项目 1 项、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目 1 项、中国博士后科学基金一等资助项目 1 项、国家民委民族问题研究项目 2 项、中国科学院课题多项及中央高校基本科研业务费项目 2 项；主持双碳、共同现代化等重大横向委托课题多项。作为执行负责人组织实施 2 项国家社科基金项目及多项地方政府发展规划等项目。
